ehle (and anybody else who's interested) -
Weren't you the one who wanted to know when my friend's band did the Ziggy Stardust album again? Here's some info:
Quote: David Bowie’s
“The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars”
Performed by: SYSTEM NOISE
Sarah Mucho, Kurt Leege, Sanford Arisumi, Paul Pouthier
Featuring: Michael Isaacs & Clare Cooper
Directed by Kristine Zbornik
Thursday, November 18 at 10pm
&
Thursday, December 16 at 10:30pm
$15 Cover and 2 drink minimum per person
@ Mama Rose’s 219 Second Avenue
(Btw. 13th & 14th streets)
(212) 533-0558
Reservations recommended
I highly recommend reserving early; it's pretty popular and Mama Rose's is a fairly small cabaret place. Sarah can really sing and the band is quite good. Kurt is great on guitar. Here's their website: http://www.systemnoisenyc.com/
It lasts about an hour.
I don't know if I can be there; I think I have to work both nights. If I can, I'd love to meet you there. |

Someone or other has desided to create a rock 'n' roll hall of fame. There will be five founder members The Beatles, Madonna, U2, Elvis Presley and Bob Marley.
The remaining initial members will be voted for by the public, with the top three from each decade (50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s) going through The above site gives the details. |

Marilyn,
I meant to say British version of the Rock 'n' Roll Hall Of Fame. You know, you, like most things British, it will be a slimmer, cooler version of its American cousin.
Love the heels by the way. You can walk up and down my back anytime. |
