| Nebraska supreme court shot down the lawsuit against Keystone pipeline. Because the lawsuit concerned a constitutional provision that allowed forcing farmers/ranchers to sell their land for the pipeline, a supermajority was required to reverse the provision. Due to abstentions, they couldn't get it. Gutless bastards, those who abstained. |

Here's an article from today's issue of "the news organization of record" all about my film The Lives of Hamilton Fish. I say "my film" even though it's written and directed by Rachel Mason. I play one-half of the title role. My name is in the article somewhere.
