| It looks like the city has finally plowed the main roads enough that I can go driving this afternoon and see Sherlock Holmes and Up in the Air (yes!). I think I can safely skip the Alvin and the Chipmunks squeakquel. The temperature's supposed to get up in the forties, too. More snow scheduled for Tuesday, but nothing like on Christmas Eve. |

Syd, of the ones I've seen that you picked, there isn't one that I had me react with a "not that one" thought. The only one that come even close is Hero which I was a little disappointed in, though many of the scenes were gorgeous.
Whale Rider, The Station Agent, Bridge to Terebithia, The Incredibles...movies I don`t think would be picked by many. I loved them. |

| Since a letter writer to the employer raised this question, it's been nagging at my cerebral cortex: Does not the final year that makes a decade, i.e., the 10th one, need to conclude before a decade actually achieves completion? |
