Try almost all fertilizers used today. Aka potasium oxide. As its price soars, so do food prices. It's the worldwide food shortage that is driving up its price in the first place, so invest. |

Kazakhstan can't keep up with the demand for potassium. |

I'm sorry to hear that. Do we need to start a drive to send potassium to Kazakhstan? I'd be willing to contribute a few tablets. |

First Mothra, now this:

"Whatever is happening inside of that thing, it's far from human," said Columbus police chief Keith Morgan, who predicted that if the creature gains the power of flight, nothing will be capable of standing in its way. "Once again the folly and ignorance of man has unleashed nature's fury. May God help us all." |

Has anyone heard of Bilderburger? More conspiracy hoodoo regarding some elite group that rules the world.
A Taos acquaintance was into whacko theories today and this came up. Does anyone know about it?
There are plenty of results on Google, btw, but I don't know where to start.

I've heard there's a conspiracy theory. It was mentioned in Peoples Almanac #3, along with all the other groups like the Trilateral Commission and World Bank who also rule the world. These are fronts for the real secret group that rules the world, which you never hear of because people get disappeared if they even mention the |

The Illuminati are the one's who rule the world. What's the matter with you people. Don't you listen to Coast to Coast and all the other programmes and commentators who know what's happening. They have vanquished the Masons and the Knights Templar. they control everything. EVERYTHING!!!!!!! |

I always liked the idea of Illuminati villains, and only wish Dan Brown were a good enough writer to make "Angels and Demons" worthy of them. I love conspiracy theories anyway, as I've mentioned before.
I wonder if "The Parallax View" is on DVD... |

Hooray for Kucinich! I just wonder whether that will be mentioned in the media. Jon Stewart was making the point last night that hardly any TV commentators mentioned the congressional investigation into the war buildup. Makes you wonder again about conspiracies. |

My Taos friend who's big on conspiracies (who knew - she seems so normal) just sent me THREE links. Hours of Googling ahead. I'll keep you posted if I find anything other than urban myths.

Sorry, I can't figure out where else I can post this. I need to change my email from what I originally used when I joined the forum, because the mail site no longer exsists, to what my email is now. When I tried to change it, I got a message that that email address had been banned.
Did I get banned in absentia? And why? Grant you, its been along time since I posted last, but as far as I knew, I wasn't in trouble with anybody. So whats up?

Hi, Leigh. You shouldn't have been banned. Maybe someone confused your e-mail address with one of the spammers who infest the membership list (although that doesn't explain why it's showing your number of posts). We had another poster Lissa, who tried to change her email early in the site and I think she had the same problem you did. |
