Hey, bruno, where did you come from? You've been a member for almost 3 months. I guess you're very careful about picking your spots.
Welcome to the madhouse. |

Welcome bruno.
Sorry for the late reply. grace got it with A FEW GOOD MEN. It was for Best Picture, not Best Director (should have clarified that)
grace, the floor is yours. |

Thanks, chillywilly. And in the interest of full disclosure, I was thinking Rob Reiner was nominated for Best Director for A Few Good Men for some reason.
Hmmm, Friday night = open floor. Ask 'em if you got 'em. |

Bruno is someone who signed up a couple of months ago and started posting recently. He didn't ask a question because he didn't give the right answer.
I think I'm right on my answer to both of tire's questions. Am I up?
This actor/direct etc. said of this person whom he met him in an elevator once and said hello to and extended his hand, that he man said nothing and refused to shake his hand. The teller of this story said (blank), (a character in one of his movies) would have shaken my hand.
Who said this and who was the man on the elevator and the character in the movie?
This shouldn't last long. |

I've heard this story, and for some reason cannot fill in the blanks. I keep thinking of Kevin Spacey as one of the participants, but that's probably way off base. |

No. But this actor/director is dead also. And he has another similarity to Brando, that just occured to me and is very obvious. It's physical progression thing. |
