Best Foreign Film

35 Rhums
Mother

(I think I voted for 35 Rhums last year for something, but since it's officially a 2010 film, here goes again.)

Second what other tabulators have said, and reiterate my humble suggestion that, since it's already an anomalous, off-the-charts, free-for-all Blanche process, any as-yet-unheard-from participants -- and you know who you are -- jump in and cite their nominations for whatever, so tabulators can be at the ready to add them to the tallies.

The power of Blanche compels you.

As I said, I somehow have missed Blanches, or semi-ignored them, prior years. When is the final vote? Do I scroll through all the noms and pick one from each (where I've seen sufficient of them to have an opinion) and then post my votes all at once?

Billy, re: your complaint about voting, you haven't nominated any Cinematography or Editing.

I'll check again and see if I missed it somehow.
