I've checked e-bay for prices on the OMWF poster I have. Haven't seen one for sale. I think I'm struck pay dirt, my friends. |

We definitely need those folks at least. Would hate not to have their viewpoints anymore. Would it be ok for me to mention something on the board?
I actually liked that Angel gave up his real boy aspirations (if that's the case indeed). It was very enlightened. He renounced the very thing that was most important to him and that possibly colored many of his decisions and certainly affected his judgment at times. The immediate reason (Black Thorn, right, not Circle) may be a bit lame, but the act itself is of a true hero (very Buddha, ascetic monk, Christ-like). It was a last vestige of life as a human. In a way, he ascended to a higher being. |

Sioux, yeah, but that's so pedestrian. I get that the best thing is to do right without hope of reward. In that sense, Angel was the immature lout Liam had been up to the last episode. I would have liked to see the dawning of a new concept grow in him more. |

Is this about all television or just Angel (for now, since it's a gonner)? I'm just wondering if anyone is going to discuss my beloved Anthony Soprano and his familia?
I watched the American Idol outtakes last night ... honest to God, I don't know how or why I'm hooked on this show, but it sounds like the best singers were left behind.
Just an observation, I can't post on Angel ... I've never seen one episode. |

Haiku, definitely put it out there for them. They can e-mail me for info. I want to make sure the rest of the group is comfortable with posting the URL first. |

Sioux, don't stake me. I just think learning to live every day is the human project. I don't know why it was the big revelation that it was. |

"Once More With Feeling" the musical episode of Buffy. It was tied for the best episode of the series for me, along with "Hush". |

Jynx - Once More With Feeling - the musical Buffy episode.
Marilyn - I won't stake you, but I guess I live in a different world than you. Fighting for good just because it is right is not the general atmosphere I experience. |

I've been hanging with the Amnesty people a lot. It's kind of a given there. |

Sioux, I think you make a good point and I disagree with Marilynn that it's pedestrian. It felt very real to me. I think Angel differed from Buffy in this way: Buffy was aspirational in its ending, whilst Angel is very much about day to day real life survival (granted, as brought to you by an immortal, incredibly buff and good looking hero). |

Question on scene with Harmony and male Liaison. Whose blood was she drinking? His? And if so, why didn't she get hepped up on his powers? |

OK, pedestrian may be inaccurate and overly negative. In fact, don't you think Buffy and Angel gave the same message--everyone can be a superhero? All the new slayers, the small band of brothers in LA. |
