I know, and the guess was good-- think of another entertainer who was part Cherokee, and who got more respect than Roy. Last time I saw our suspect, he was on a US stamp. |

By the way, Roy Rogers is a distant relative of mine -- my paternal great-grandmother was a Schley. And we are indeed part of the Cherokee tribe. I myself am 1/16th and damn proud of it. |
