Alex,

the site is looking good, though a bit too pumpkinish. Try a different color
in the field where the words "FAQ", "SEARCH", "MEMBERLIST" etc. Less red, perhaps more amber.

Thanks

The background to these words is a little too dark I think. Too reddish.
Can you play around with some other lighter colors. Just no piss yellow.

Thanks.

Alex, I loved the deep red you used as a border here:

Joe: I think you mean "caviar," right? If so, you're right. She Loves Me is the best of all the many Shop Around the Corner manifestations--and let's not forget In the Good Old Summertime, with Judy Garland and Van Johnson as the two lovers, ultimately giving birth to Liza Minnelli in her movie debut.

Van Johnson fathering a child is as improbable as...Vincent Minnelli. Hurray for Hollywood!

Yea, but everyone used to think he was straight!! I remember this in an autobio. I read (Keenan Wynn's??).
I did work with Van Johnson in the '70's. His red socks were a dead givaway as to his sexuality - or at least HE THOUGHT SO. Very much out of the closet at that point.

Coming from you Marc (a big fan of pumpkin shades), I consider this a bit odd. However, the maroonish-rust with creamy beige look very nice this a.m.

Bizarre cosmic occurrence. He must have been pining for ex-wife Shelley Winters.

Alex, the site looks terrific. But, there isn't a clear demarcation between messages.

Marc - who is your avatar? I would guess Samia Gamal, but that can't be right.

Marc, you sound more like an interior decorator everyday. Are you sure you're straight?
