I don't. Not yet. From today's reports, it was a blocked vote, engineered by a handful of Reps. It happens all the time. It will be sorted out by Monday. |

Halflife 2 is impressive, but the install took forever and the load times are sloooooow. I've just begun the game. Its the first computer ganme I've played in years, but I'm a big fan of the first HALFLIFE.
My only problem with the game is the long load times, but otherwise it is very much as good as the original. The Orwellian world it creates is fantastic. |

EVERYONE (who gives a rat's arse one way or the other) my son rod didn't write any of my earlier invective (the canadian called it 'invictive'- but that's typical...) Aint takin no shit from no-body see...Call em the way i see em and if I think you're fulla shit I'll say so...Expect that treatment back at me - but if you try to gang up as you have on people in our NYT past, all bets are off. K? The fairly recent Australian film 'Crackerjack' is a waste of a ticket. |

Marilyn
This dude swaggers in here like it's a saloon, he's obviously drunk with his friendly then threatening then friendly then threatening posts, his hand on his pistol.
If I was in that saloon, not knowing the guy from the past, I'd probably be the young gun who'd call him out for being such an upstart "arse" as he puts it.
I might say something like: "Must be purty hard tryin' to make a documentary sauced all the time pardner, you here to settle some old scores er what? "
That was keeping it to a film theme, but I can see why some folks are objecting to him. |

I'm biased. I went to Australia and enjoyed the hospitality of Doug and his family. I had his son Rod stay with me last summer. Doug is a real sweetie with a rough exterior. |

A rough exterior is acceptable with me I guess if we don't hold grudges and attack too much. I'm known to have one sometimes. |
