Hey, I still chuckle when astronomy buffs talk about Uranus. Just because you grow old doesn't mean you have to grow up.

Not that I wish to suggest or imply that you are growing old.

In that case, perhaps you'll appreciate this real headline: NASA wants to probe Uranus in search of gas

I was offline for a week. Gas joke much enjoyed. If any orbits are perturbed, there might be a Pluto joke there, about a dog sniffing at...etc.

Here's a quick one:

Most people think there's one famous movie scene with "outta order" in it. There are, in fact, two. What's the other one, and what's the connection to the original one?

I remember it from a MST3K episode, but that is probably not what you had in mind.

For xtra cred, spot the flawed syllogism in You Don't Know Jack. Should be POC for a lawyer or anyone who took a philosophy course or had a brush with logic. A comparable syllogism allows men to have ovaries ((in the other thread.))

The movie that I saw last week was WONDER WOMAN. It was excellent!!!! The movie was filled with her first when she was with her mother and all the other women only women. She became a woman and she was the best of all the others when they fought.

After that there were many many places she became. The ship with the men took her on the ship because she wanted to.

If you wanted to see this film, it's truly wonderful. Great things everywhere.

See it!

I'm assuming the famous one is "...And Justice for All."

Answer below.

Col. Frank Slade: "Out of order, I'll show you out of order! You don't know what out of order is, Mr. Trask. I'd show you, but I'm too old, I'm too tired, I'm too fuckin' blind. If I were the man I was five years ago, I'd take a FLAMETHROWER to this place! Out of order? Who the hell do you think you're talkin' to? I've been around, you know? There was a time I could see. And I have seen. Boys like these, younger than these, their arms torn out, their legs ripped off. But there isn't nothin' like the sight of an amputated spirit. There is no prosthetic for that...." -- Scent of a Woman

When watching The Mole People (why why why must they crush Cynthia Patrick under a falling column at the end??), I wonder if anyone recognizes the actor and the role in American television that the Sumerian high priest is best known for.

I watched this and Tarantula together, which is your basic John Agar double-feature. Both fine examples of B movie acting and the practice of No Denouement.
