WOW......Z

Dylan may have done it for charity.....all the royalties are going to some children's fund.

Betsy, Dylan did do it for charity. Still doesn't excuse how terrible it is. And I bet it won't sell.

Maybe it will become a cult classic.

Marc,

Your song is great as is the video. It had a very cult feel to it. Was that what you were going for? Either way, I loved it.

Thank you Marj. When you say "cult", are you referring to the band The Cult?

Good job Marc. Maybe you should make a Christmas album? Laughing

If David Lee Roth had recorded a Christmas album as bad as Bob Dylan's "Christmas In The Heart", it would be ignored or, at best, the butt of a few jokes on the internet.

I heard the album and rather enjoyed it. I am a huge non-Dylan fan, however, and always thought his singing voice was horrible, so the fact that he sounds vocally weak is a big what-else-is-new for me. I like that he sings songs that are so unlike his persona even when they're not in his comfort zone. It's a trip hearing Bob Dylan making like Perry Como.

Realized today that the old Go-Gos' song they keep playing on the radio is actually by the Cranberries, as are a couple of other songs I thought were by the Go-Gos.
