Marty, sorry to hear that you lost another pet. I'm sure you miss her.

And carrobin, I've been embarrassed at times when I accidentally mention how much I love my dogs to people in countries where the average person simply can't afford to have a pet. In fact, they are lucky if their family has enough to eat.

And Muslims consider dogs unclean... A friend who is involved in animal rescue works with an ex-pat group in Kuwait that does rescues.

I don't go on Facebook, so I'm glad to hear from you, Marty. Happy about the honeymoon, sorry about the cat.

Marty,

For some odd reason I read your post but missed your news about your cats. I'm so sorry. I know how terribly sad losing a member of your family can be. And, yes, I do indeed think of cats -- any house pets as family members.

Thanks, all.

Joe... thank you. The Hawaii trip was kind of a honeymoon.

I'm really trying to fix my time to get out here on a regular basis.

There are 2 full pages about the NYC "Fantastiks" Reunion on Facebook. I'm assuming that billy knows all about it.

Chills -- sorry to hear of your loss -- we lost both our cats in a matter of months and it was very hard. I drove my cat down to my Grandmother's backyard in KY -- he was born across the street. It was hard, but Rainer is totally filling their gap in our lives. All the best.

Sorry about your cats. That's a lot of loss in a short period of time. I hope you remaining cat has a long and happy life like the others.

Been out of the loop for a while (paperwork, etc.), but just scrolled up (down?) to speed. Marty, sorry about the news.
Gary, congrats, you ol' bastard! My best wishes for you both!

Meanwhile, the past has finally caught up with Phil Spector:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/6984082.stm .
The guy fired a gun in the recording booth during Lennon's Rock & Roll sessions in 74 (the lost weekend), so I can't say I'm surprised by the eventual verdict.

It's always good to see you back Macca. Doesn't look like my man Leonard will have enough free time to be in our production. Crying or Very sad
