Seeing any regular movie on an Imax screen sounds visually painful. |

I saw the first Batman on iMax (with Wade, actually).
It was very... tall. |

I saw The Dark Knight on the whoppingly huge screen at the new theater in Moore. It was definitely worth it. |

Well, that's cause we were very. . . close. Too close. I couldn't find a freakin parking space. We ought to keep up the tradition, lady. |

Shh! I didn't want to bring up that part...
Actually, I'm might be taking Mama Wakasa, and you can meet Mama Wakasa, but logistics are going to be messy.
And I could go twice, it wouldn't kill me (unless I absolutely hate it, which I don't think I will). |

I am very forging of film's that fall short, but have at least tried. Too much now hides behind a wry, post-modern grin. With Dark knight, I sensed not cynicism, but a genuine and reasonably succesful attempt to do something more with the genre. |

Hey, you were impressed with Jolie in Laura Croft and impressed with A Man and A Woman.
That's not easily impressed, it's delusionally impressed. |

The films I love best are those that live on the boundaries of popular culture. For me this is the apogee of what is essentially mass medium. |
